If you haven't done so already, it's a really good idea to enter the number of your emergency contact(s) in your mobile phone prefaced by the letters I C E - it's the national notation so that if you have an accident, anyone can check in your mobile and instantly see whom to contact. It's much more effective than trawling through lots of names.
